- Blue Lake: Named for Lake Blue in Florida where it was developed, this bean is known for its tenderness and flavor.
- Yellow Wax: Good for adding color to soups and vegetable dishes.
- 1/2 Runners: Most flavorful of all the beans, but DOES require stringing.
- Kentucky Wonder: Originally a pole bean. Excellent for slow cooking.
- Italian: A wide, flat bean. Excellent flavor and hold up well in cooking.

Mid July till second frost. Field hours vary with availability. Please call (or check farm diary) for most current times.
Availability
Picked or U-pick mid August till second frost.
Bring
Beans are picked into a 5 gallon bucket which is lined with a plastic bag, available here at no cost. Beans are weighed in the bag and ready to take home. PLEASE, do not leave them in the bags as they will spoil from the heat.
Yield
1 bucket = 1/2 bu.
1 bu = 30 lbs
1 bu = 15 qts prepared beans
